Given the success of the P8, it comes as no surprise that Huawei has been working on a successor. Images of the handset have appeared online, confirming that the P9 is on the way.
The images, posted by GSMArena, showcase what the P9 looks like. The images show off the Huawei P9 from a variety of angles, indicating that it looks a lot like previously leaked renders touted that it might.
It’s expected that the Huawei P9 will feature a dual-camera setup with technology provided by photography experts Leica. It’s also tipped to feature a 5.2-inch display, Huawei’s own Kirin 950 SoC, and between 4GB and a hefty 6GB RAM.
Huawei is hosting an event on April 6th where it is expected to announce the P9.
